Our long day at the National Finals, Saturday 17 March 20012!
The team had to wait until early evening before competing their floor and vault. Their vaults went well and here are some glimpses of their individual floors routines. Lucy, above, waiting for the signal to start, Jade just below, showing her last element and Laura below again in her finishing position. The standard was very high. No medals for us this time! But it was great to see and learn from the other competitors.

The girls started in the morning with group which was quite comforting for them as they were all on the floor together. Although, warm up at 9.00a.m. was quite early!
